Let me also add that I would not at all be opposed to a pie food truck hitting the streets. If any of you food truck entrepreneurs out there are reading this, give us pie. Chicken pot pie, shepherd’s pie, ham and cheese quiche, apple pie, chocolate peanut butter pie, pie pops.. there exists a gap in the pie market, and somebody needs to fill it.
